Services provided by Biscayne Engineering Company included: Boundary Survey, Plat, Established Ground Control, Established Benchmarks, Pile Layout, Pile As-Builts, Control Line Verification, Settlement Checks, Miscellaneous Layout and As-Builts, ALTA Survey, Prepared FPL Easement Documents and FEMA Flood Certificate.
