St. Petersburg, Florida – August 24, 2013 – Biscayne Engineering would like to congratulate Alberto Rabionet for winning the Paul T. O’Hargan Memorial Scholarship and continuing the company’s tradition of giving back to the community.
Alberto, recently graduated from the University of Florida, received the award at the 58th annual FSMS conference. The award recognizes Alberto’s vision for the future of the profession through community outreach with local students.
On October 9th, 2013, Alberto volunteered as a group leader during the 4H National Youth Science Day experiment. With the support of UF and Biscayne Engineering, Alberto is sure to have made a lasting impression as this year’s theme was fittingly GIS and Mapping.
