Mike Bartholomew, PSM
President


Mike Bartholomew, President, has worked for most of his professional career as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper with Biscayne Engineering Company. He received his Associate of Technical Arts in 1987 from Everett Community College in Everett, Washington.

He received his professional registration from the State of Florida’s Department of Business and Professional Regulation Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers in 1997.

He is responsible for overseeing the preparation of the wide variety of surveys from boundary, ALTA/ACSM, Specific Purpose, Topographic, Mean High Water and many others. Bartholomew serves as plat reviewer for the City of Hialeah and also has vast knowledge of a variety of software packages including being a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) for developing and implementing Windows based applications.

His extensive work includes boundary survey (design) for the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Campus, prepared Mean High Water (MHW) Study and Survey for the University of Miami Professional Arts Center, and has worked with Martin County, Florida with the tape down well survey (for South Florida Water Management District), preparing the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Program (CERP) and Height Modernization Program.

Bartholomew is a member of the Florida Society of Professional Surveyors and Mappers Miami-Dade Chapter.
