Betty Ferrer, Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Biscayne Engineering Company has been with the company since 1977.

She began as a receptionist and has ascended with BEC wearing every hat imaginable during her stint such as Billing Clerk, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Human Resources, assisted in Surveying and Engineering departments and continues to be hands on in all aspects of the company’s daily operations.

A native of Cuba, Ferrer is a Miami High graduate and has also received specialized training in accounting, business and procedures related to engineering and surveying. She continues to further her education through educational training and seminars.
